This is an amazing tricky brain test from Australia Herald Sun.  Ignore whether the lady is naked or not.

Do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?

If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.

Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.

I can see the lady spinning in both directions. My way to change her spinning direction is to use peripheral vision looking at it and then focus on the image. Once I see her going clockwise, I cannot image her going anti-clockwise, and vice versa. I have to go through the peripheral vision again. And the result seems to be random.

I guess this is probably analogous to Intel dual core CPU. You cannot control which core a program is running on. BTW, the lady spins fast in Firefox, but slow in IE and Chrome. This has more to do with the CPU than your brain. You may want to try both speed to test your brain.
